Individual & Small Group Training PDF Print E-mail

HPSA is pleased to offer individual and small group training in addition to our organized team training programs. Small group training is designed to improve a player's technical skill level, tactical awareness, physical fitness, and mental preparedness. Our training program can be designed to fit the specific needs of your player(s). HPSA's trainers can specialize in specific areas (strikers, goalkeeping, defending, creative play, first touch, fitness etc.) or can concentrate on improving technical and tactical proficiency. We can also work with a smaller group from one team concentrating on improving their teamwork skills and in building confidence and trust between players.

The goal of the program is twofold -- to increase the playing level of each player through focused training and low coach:player ratio; and to enable players to continue to train year round minimizing their “down time”. The Directors of HPSA have used their extensive experience in the USA and in Europe to develop these small group training models to improve each individual player's performance in all areas of the game. Please note that this program takes place at locations provided to HPSA by players in the group.
