TRAVEL TEAM CAMPS:
Our travel skills program focuses on improving the technical skills of each player in a competitive environment, improving tactical awareness through functional training, and developing physical fitness and mental preparedness. Over the course of one week, all players will learn how to approach and perform throughout a training session: attitude, mental preparation, high level of concentration, and soccer- related strength, coordination, agility, and speed exercises.
This Program provides players and teams with the highest quality of training and is run by HPSA professional trainers. The Directors of HPSA have used their extensive experience in the USA and in Europe to develop a Training model to improve individual and team performance. The majority of our travel coaches also coach for the staff of local universities and/or the Virginia ODP program.
CUSTOMIZED TRAVEL TEAM CAMPS
In addition to our scheduled Summer Camp offerings, HPSA can provide a coach for team camps anywhere in the DC-Metro Area. These camps allow your team to be trained by some of our most qualified staff at your own location or one provided by us. The camp can be customized to meet the needs of your team. Each camp will focus on the 4 aspects of the game: technical proficiency, tactical awareness, mental preparedness, and physical development.
We will work with your team to customize a week long Travel Team camp (3 hours per day recommended). We would need a minimum of 10 players to run a week long Team Camp. Please contact us to discuss specific details – 703 437-9750 or
